Feeling a little down and restless? Take a hike! Need a social distancing activity to do with friends? Take a hike! Have a dog? Take them on a hike!

Hiking will improve your mood as you breathe in the fresh air of the trees and enjoy the beauties of nature! The best part is that you can go with a buddy or enjoy some time by yourself to help your mental peace and clarity!

And, who knows.. Maybe, you’ll be lucky enough to reach a waterfall you can dip your toes in or get at the top of a mountain to see a beautiful view!

3. Rollerblade Beside the Lake

Do you have the need for speed? So, do we!

Rollerblading is a great way to stay active and enjoy some wind blowing in your hair! Not only does it work the full body, but it also helps with your booty gains! You can do this on a walkway beside a lake, around a park, or just simply on the streets!

Work on your muscle endurance but have some fun with it!

4. Run the Stairs with a Good Scenery

The best leg and booty workout that gives optimal results without using any weights are stairs!
