We ship to most countries. 

We currently do not ship to: 

South Africa, Brazil, Iran, Pakistan, Lebanon, Syria, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, New Caledonia, Marquesas Islands.

NOTE: If you choose NO TRACKING at check out, We are NOT responsible for lost packages. We will not provide a refund if the package is lost or not delivered due to any reasons. Please remember the risk of loosing your package prior to choosing No track shipping option!

During a New Collection Drop, please allow us 3-5 business days to process your order.

Shipping Time:

BC, CANADA within 3-5 business days.

Else where in Canada within 5-8 business days

US within 2-4 business days

EUR/AUS within 7-10 business days

Everywhere else around the world - No Tracking 10-20 business days

With Tracking 7-14 business days

Local Pick Up is NOT available due to COVID-19 until further notice.

If the package is returned to us due to INCORRECT ADDRESSING, we will unfortunately NOT be responsible for shipping cost and you will be charged an additional shipping cost to have it send to you again.

If this is due to any other reason, we will contact Canada Post and let you know.

We will notify you once the package is returned to us.

Exchange Policy

All exchanges must be done within 15 days of receiving your package.

Vitae Apparel will happily accept any clean, unworn, unwashed, unused items that was NOT sold at regular price for an exchange within 15 days upon delivery. Customers can only exchange merchandise for the same or higher value of the original product(s) or store credit that will be valid for 10 days after receiving your exchange.

1. Fill out this EXCHANGE FORM

2. The merchandise must be in its original packaging, sanitary stickers and all packaging material must be in original condition and shipped back with your exchanged item.

3. Print off the exchange form and include it in your parcel.

4. Head to your local post shop to ship your return items back*

*Shipments sent from outside of Canada must be processed by the country's postal service only as “ Canadian goods returning back to Canada” to avoid customs/duties charges. All international parcels processed incorrectly with a customs/duties charge will be rejected and returned to the customer. Shipments from the US MUST be sent back with the United States Postal Service (USPS) ONLY. Please indicate that the package is an exchange.


Store credit or the new swimsuit will be issued or shipped within 3 days of receiving your exchange. Store credits will only be valid for 7 days upon receiving the original exchanged item.

Return Policy

Items purchased with promo-code or on sale cannot be returned, store credit only.

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

1, Be returned within 7 days of your delivery date

2,Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition. We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that have perfume/scent of any kind, makeup/deodorant stains or is dirtied in any way.

3, Be returned with original tags, packaging and hygienic liner intact and unaltered with.

4, Items purchased with promo-code or on sale cannot be returned, store credit only.

5, No price adjustments after your order

6, Refunds exclude the original shipping cost.

We will not accept a return package with customs or fees on it.

Please indicate that the package is an exchange/return.

VITAE APPAREL is not responsible for return shipping cost.

You have up to 7 days to contact us after the delivery date of your shipment. Please email customer@vitaeapparel.com with the following information:

- Your Order Number

- Item Name

- A Full Length photo evidence of the item showing VITAE APPAREL logo

Orders must be cancelled within 2 hours of ordering. As sometimes we process items right away.

Once your order is processed, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation fee : $8

Unfortunately, we cannot price adjust orders that were placed outside of the promotional period. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to be notified of all promotional events with terms and conditions.

Sezzle will determine how to apply the refund to your order and adjust the payment schedule accordingly so that you are refunded in full. For further questions about how refunds work with Sezzle, please read HERE

How to take care of my VITAE items?

To effectively maintain the longevity and quality of your items, please read instructions below

Your squat proof, breathable leggings should be hand washed in cold water. When washing, make sure that they’re turned inside out. Simply hang to dry.

Hustled in the gym and paired your sports bra with those leggings? Wash them the same way! Remember to be gentle.

Write this down if you must: swimsuits are to be HAND WASHED in cold water ONLY and laid flat and away from direct sunlight to dry.
