How To Channel your inner Emma Stone this Women's Day

How To Channel your inner Emma Stone this Women's Day

On March 8th we celebrate all women. We celebrate our courage and determination to create change, and we honour our ancestors who altered the course of history before us so that we can live in the world we do today. However we also reflect on our ongoing progress, and call for change for further gender equality in the future.

International Women’s Day is a wonderful reminder of how strong and capable us women are, and it’s important on this day, just like any other, to remember to love and accept yourself and the extraordinary body you were given.

One of our favourite little quotes was spoken by the incredibly inspiring, Emma Stone - “I remind myself to be kind to myself, and as slightly ridiculous as it may sound, to treat myself in the same gentle way I’d want to treat a daughter of mine. It really helps.”

On the days where you feel as though you are spiralling (because we all do have those days), take Emma’s advice and really think about how you are treating yourself. How should you be treating yourself? Make a hot chocolate, cuddle up in bed with some movies if you’d like, whatever it takes to make you smile, and remind yourself that you do truly love who you are. Because we most certainly love all of you!

So in honour of all women, we have decided to launch our own campaign for International Women’s Day. Consider this a small thank you to all of the women who have supported us, our ancestors who fought for us, and all the other women out there helping us to better this great world we share.

From March 5th until March 10th we will be giving away free bikinis made out of recycled plastic (as a gesture to the great mother earth). More details will be coming soon so keep your eyes peeled and sign up for our News Letter and Secret VIP Text Club as it will be posted on there! For now remember, empowered women empower women, and we could not be more proud to celebrate IWD with so many other incredibly inspiring women!
