Return To Self Retreat Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Agreement: By registering for the Return To Self Retreat hosted by Vitae Apparel Inc., you agree to all terms and conditions
2. Discounts: All E-giftcards, discount codes are NOT valid for ANY Retreat Packages. If any discount codes were used, your reserved spot will be invalid
3. Payment: A non-refundable $450 deposit is required to secure your spot on the retreat. If you chose the 2 instalment payment option, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the retreat start date. June 20th, 2023 @ 11:59pm PST
4. Location: The Return To Self Retreat will be hosted at Address: 355 Blackburn Rd, Salt Spring Island, BC V8K 2B8, The Salt Spring Centre of Yoga.
5. Duration: The Return To Self Retreat will be held from Thursday, July 20th through Sunday, July 23rd, 2023. Check in time on Thursday, July 20th is at 3 PM PST, check out time on Sunday July 23rd is at 11 AM PST.
6. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before the retreat start date, you will receive a refund of all payments made, less the $450 non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date.
7. Age Restriction: The minimum age for participation in the retreat is 18 years old.
8. Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is not included in the retreat package. We highly recommend that all guests obtain travel insurance for your own safety and insurance.
9. Liability Waiver: While every precaution will be taken to ensure your safety, by participating in The Return To Self Retreat, you acknowledge and assume any and all risks involved, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, and property damage. You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the retreat organizers, instructors, and any other related parties from any and all liability for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the retreat. We are not responsible for any transportation to or from the retreat centre, nor any medical conditions that may arise during or after the retreat. We will not be liable for any property damages to Salt Spring Island Yoga Centre. Guests are allowed to leave the retreat centre but we will not be liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur
10. Health and Fitness: By participating in the yoga retreat, you acknowledge that you are in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent you from participating in the activities. You agree to inform the retreat organizers of any health or medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate. You also acknowledge that the retreat organizers are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise during the retreat. You also agree that no medical professional has told you not to participate in a retreat involving physical activities. Guests are responsible for bringing their own medication needed for their own medical conditions, such as an epi-pen etc.
11. Food Restrictions: The retreat’s meat-free kitchen does not permit meat, poultry, seafood, and eggs. Dairy is permitted. Please note any allergies or food intolerances during registration. Alcohol is not permitted on site.
12. Conduct: The retreat organizers reserve the right to ask any participant to leave the retreat if their behavior is disruptive or poses a threat to the safety or well-being of themselves or others. In such cases, no refunds will be given. Hate speech and drug use are strictly prohibited.
13. Photography and Video: The retreat organizers may take photographs or video during the retreat for promotional purposes. By participating in the retreat, you agree to allow the organizers to use any photographs or video in which you appear for promotional purposes.
14. Guests Acknowledgment: Guests acknowledge that the package quantity they purchase is only for themselves and no plus ones are allowed. Each guest must each hold a package spot for themselves.
15. Changes to the Retreat: The retreat organizers reserve the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary, accommodations, or instructors at any time. In the event of a significant change, the organizers will notify you as soon as possible.
16. Gender: This particular is a women-only retreat, however there will be a male photographer and potential male kitchen staff.
17. Location: You are responsible for transportation to and from the retreat centre.
18. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia.

By registering for the yoga retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions, including the disclaimer of liability for transportation, medical conditions, property damage to Salt Spring Island Yoga Centre, and accidents outside the retreat centre. You also acknowledge that hate speech and drug use are strictly prohibited during the retreat.
