Where is the Warehouse Sale?
33 West 8th Avenue (Mount Pleasant neighborhood) between Manitoba St and Ontario St, Vancouver, BC. See Google Maps HERE
You will see an A frame sign in front of the building to help direct you. The sale will be on the 1st floor to the left. Someone from the Vitae Team will be outside to greet you and help you with any questions you may have!
How do I get invited to the Friends + Family event?
The warehouse sale will take place on the weekend of November 19th, 2021, and will be a 3-day event.
- The first day of the Warehouse Sale will be an exclusive VIP access event which will be INVITE ONLY for VIB Members, influencers, ambassadors, friends, and family. The 5pm - 9pm night event will feature a live DJ, giveaway, and goodie bags for the first 50 customers who reach checkout.
- This will be the first day the Warehouse Sale will be open to the public to shop. The hours are from 9:30 am - 7:00 pm. The first 15 customers will receive a voucher to get a goodie bag at checkout on Saturday Nov 20, 2021.
Can I use a discount code at checkout on top of warehouse final sale prices?
No. You will not be able to use any discount codes at checkout. Prices are as shown and will not be further discounted.
Will there be parking available on site?
There will be no free dedicated parking available on site but some 2 hour free parking spaces are available along 8th avenue. There is also pay parking along 8th Avenue and some additional ones (pay parkings and 2 hour free parking) on the perpendicular streets (Manitoba St and Ontario St).
What should I bring?
Please bring your mask and avoid large bags or backpacks. We will request that any large bags and backpacks be left at checkout until your shopping is done.
Will there be fitting rooms available to try on the items?
Unfortunately, there will not be any fitting rooms available at the location. You will not be able to try products on. However, our expert team members will be present to guide you through sizing and offer any insights on the fit of each product.
What forms of payment are accepted at checkout?
We will be accepting debit cards and credit cards ONLY. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Please note: If you are purchasing items (Recharge Collection + Best-Sellers) that require shipping, only credit cards will be accepted. We can not create online orders using debit cards. To see a list of Accepted Card, please go HERE

If you want to order any of these items, you can make an order at checkout, and the items will be shipped to your home address for FREE. There will be no additional charges. Regular return and exchange policy will apply for these items.

Are taxes included in the pricing?
Taxes are not included in the price. GST and PST taxes will be added at checkout. For example: sale price for Leggings = $35 (+ 12% taxes).
Do I have to be vaccinated?
No! You will not be required to be vaccinated to enter. We do require customers to wear a mask, and to be mindful about social distancing. Please remember to bring a mask and if you don’t feel well, please stay at home.
What COVID safety measures will be taken?
We will be taking COVID safety measures by providing hand sanitizer when entering and leaving the warehouse.
There will be social distancing measures at checkout. Please respect marks on the floor.
We also encourage everyone to shop while being mindful about social distancing. There will also be no fitting rooms, and access to washrooms will be closed.
Due to covid restrictions, there will be a max number of people allowed inside the warehouse. Please be prepared to wait in line if we reach full capacity. Dress cozy!
NOTE: If you have any flu-like symptoms, we kindly ask you to stay at home.
