To feel your best, nurture your mind and body by eating meals filled with nutrients, staying hydrated, moving your body, being kind to your mind, and resting when you need to.
DECREASE SCREEN TIME
How often does your phone distract you? It may be hard to admit, or maybe you just honestly don’t notice. However, time spent on your phone is time where you could be present in your real life environment. In addition, staying away from social platforms for a bit can help with preventing negative comparison to others and negative energy.
RECITE DAILY AFFIRMATIONS
What about you makes YOU proud? Start your day or end your night with a positive mind and a grateful heart by reciting positive affirmations and writing down your goals. You should always be your biggest #1 fan. Understand that this is an on-going journey, believe that you're amazing and capable, and trust that you will become your best self.
BUILD A MORNING + NIGHT ROUTINE
