Join us as we host our first Return to Self Retreat for our Vitae Community from Thursday July 20- Sunday 23rd, 2023.
This female-only retreat will be 4 days and 3 nights of daily yoga, meditations, self-love workshops, outdoor activities, and more.

Unplug from the outside world to indulge into your inner self. This retreat will offer guidance and introspection through different activities, as well as give time to explore, journal, nap, or connect with other community members.
EVERYTHING THE RETREAT PACKAGE INCLUDES
3 NIGHTS ACCOMMODATIONS
We will be staying at the Salt Spring Centre of Yoga. You will stay in either a single, double, or triple room depending on the package purchased. We will try our best to accommodate sleeping arrangement requests.
3 DAILY VEGAN MEALS
You will get 3 vegan meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The retreat’s meat-free kitchen does not permit meat, poultry, seafood, and eggs. Dairy is permitted. *Note allergies or food intolerances during registration.*
DAILY YOGA & MEDITATIONS
Experience the strength of meditation and movement guided by head instructor, Hannah Todd, who will lead classes and provide insights on groundedness and introspection from her 6 years of experience.
SELF-CARE WORKSHOPS
Experience a variety of self-love workshops that are perfect for rejuvenating your mind, body, and soul. Get connected to your true self, such as sound bath healing, self-journaling, movement, cold plunges, and more.
OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
Surrounded by beautiful green scenery and a gorgeous lake. Connect with nature by joining us on nature hikes, swimming in the lake, and other outdoor activities - dependent on weather.
GROUP BONDING
Get connected to our community! Sharing this experience with 17 other guests who are on the same journey as you. You’ll have time to mingle, connect, and have fun getting to know each other with open arms!
SOUND BATH HEALING
Shift into a calm and meditative state with an experience of Sound Bath Healing. This full-body listening experience of peaceful sound waves will help you let any stress, tension, or grief go.

THE RETREAT DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Transportation: If you need help with transportation and WON’T be driving to Salt Spring Island - you can request to be added into a carpooling group during registration form.

RETREAT PACKAGES & PRICING
All packages include Retreat Experience, Accommodation, and Meals.
Early Bird Pricing: Save while you can! We will offer Early Bird Pricing until May 17th or until limited availability of Early Bird spots lasts. Save 10% of the general pricing. Early Bird Prices must be paid in one FULL payment.
General Pricing: Once Early Bird is sold out, you can purchase from regular pricing.
Two options will be available to choose from:
- pay in full payment and get a 5% discount
- pay regular pricing in two installments. (1st payment due upon checkout, 2nd payment due 30 days prior to Retreat Date)

*All rooms will share common bathrooms. There are 3 showers and 6 washrooms available to use. You can request sleeping arrangements during registration if you are planning on going with someone. We will try our best to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee it. See more in Terms and Conditions.*
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers can cancel their attendance 30 days prior to retreat (June 20th, 2023 @ 11:59pm PST). Any payment outside of the non-refundable $450 deposit will be refunded to the customer.

In this one hour session we will dig deep to uncover any limiting beliefs that may be holding you back and work to unblock them in order to step into your full power and start taking bigger leaps towards your goals. Let's bring the magic back into your life and tap deeper into purpose.
You will leave this session with a deeper understanding of what is holding you back as well as tools to navigate this in the future. Tools include a specific meditation style, journalling prompts and breathing techniques.”

As a yoga instructor, mentor and co-founder of a successful swimwear startup, Hannah has had to navigate many unchartered waters. Through wavy times and unexpected outcomes, she has harnessed the strength of meditation and movement in order to tap into the superpower we all carry within us- surrender.
Hannah has taught this groundedness and introspection to her students over the past 6 years and can’t wait to share her insights and experience with you. For anyone working through a challenging time or someone who lost their spirit of inspiration along the way, her guidance will help you find the calm amongst the chaos and tap back into your true potential.
